Where We Work
We're based at 607 SW F St, a couple miles southwest of and most of our calls stay inside a ten-to-fifteen-mile ring around that spot
That covers Centerton (4 mi), Little Flock (6 mi), Cave Springs (6 mi), Highfill (8 mi), Lowell (8 mi), Bella Vista (8 mi), Pea Ridge (9 mi), Gravette (9 mi), Avoca (10 mi), Prairie Creek (10 mi), and Elm Springs (10 mi), with occasional jobs out to Decatur, Tontitown, Johnson, Gentry, and Garfield.
The housing stock in this area runs mostly 1987 to 2013
With a median build year around 1996, spread across sixteen named subdivisions and small towns rather than one big tract. That matters for the work: a door installed in a 1990s build in Bella Vista is a different animal than a door going into new construction near Highfill. We've seen both, and we size the job to the house, not the other way.
We don't chase work outside that radius
If you're calling from well past Garfield or Decatur, we'll tell you straight that drive time probably doesn't make sense for us, rather than quote a job we can't service properly.
Who You Are Dealing With
We work on doors, springs, openers, tracks, and panels - the physical parts that make a garage door go up and down, and the parts that fail when a torsion spring snaps or a roller jumps the track. Most of the houses we service were built between 1987 and 2013, which means we're dealing with a fairly narrow band of door hardware generations: steel sectional doors, torsion-spring systems, and openers that range from older chain-drive units to newer belt-drive ones.
The region sits in a cold-moderate climate band, which shows up in the work as cold-weather lubricant problems, stiff torsion springs in January, and seals that shrink and let drafts in come winter. We size spring wire and drum setups to the door and the house, not off a guess, because a mismatched spring on a double door is how you end up back at square one in six months.
We quote the repair before we start it, explain what's wrong in plain terms, and leave you with the old parts if you want to see what failed. If a job needs a part we don't carry on the truck, we say so and tell you what the wait looks like instead of padding the invoice with a workaround.
What We Do Not Take On
We don't do new home construction framing or structural garage additions - that's a general contractor's job, not ours. We also don't touch doors that have been so badly rotted or rusted at the frame that the opening itself needs rebuilding before a new door would even sit right; at that point you need a carpenter or a remodeler first.
We don't recommend repairing a spring system on a door old enough and worn enough that the drums, cables, and track are all failing at once. On a lot of the 1980s-90s stock still standing in this area, once you're replacing three or four major components at the same cost as a new door, repair stops making sense and we'll tell you that instead of running up a bill piece by piece.
And we don't service outside our normal working radius just because someone's willing to pay extra for drive time. If your address is well past Garfield, Decatur, or Gentry, we're honest that we're probably not your best call, even though we could technically make the trip.
